設立以来TBMはミャンマーの人材派遣会社の一つとして急成長してきました。 TBMは2008年4月にミャンマー労働省から国際人材募集と就職斡旋の会社として公認されています。

そして、求職者の個人的な資格やスキル、経験に対応したサービスを選択、精査した上で提供しています。
当社のヤンゴン研修センターでは、海外で訓練を受けたインストラクターによって求職者を技能研修者として送り出すための訓練を行っており、就職活動のサポートの他、医療検診、研修・試験、保証書・保険、MOL(労働省)関係の書類作成などのサービスを提供しています。 -
INTRODUCTION
RAY MANPOWER SERVICES COMPANY LIMITED is previously known as Thabyae Minn Services Company Limited and changed the name to ” Ray Manpower Services Company Limited “ in September 2019. It was established in 2006 to mainly engage in Employment recruiting agency for local and supporting service for overseas. Since then, company was grown rapidly as one of the Local Manpower Agency. In April 2008, License for International Recruitment & Placement Agency ” was certified by Ministry of Labour.
Today we are continuing to build on the quality standard and we have set over the years and we would be very much happy to have a chance to work with you and confident to meet you in all aspects. It is the starting point for us to make a constructive relation with you and we do not forget that we are beside you all the time.
BRIEF HISTORY
2006 – Started manpower services for local market.
2007 – Established Training Centre
2008 – Certified License (No.91/2008) for Overseas Employment Service by Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
2010 – Certified License (No2/2010) for Local Employment Service by Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
2012 – Certified License (No.4/2012 THAI ) by Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
